싱가포르 여행을 다시 다녀왔습니다.

이번에는 혼자 가는 여행이 아니라 숙소에 신경을 더 쓰기로 했습니다.

원래 첫날의 일정은 센토사에 머무는 것이었는데 헤이즈가 심하다고 하여 급하게 새로운 곳을 찾아보게 되었습니다.

다른 호텔들이 시티홀에 있는지라 시티홀 근처에 가성비 있는 곳을 열심히 찾고 있었는데 새로 등록된 업체이고 깔끔해 보여서 예약을 하게 되었는데요.

바로 lyf funan singapore by ascott 입니다.

I went on a trip back to Singapore.

This time, I decided to pay more attention to my accommodation, not to travel alone.

Originally, the first day's schedule was to stay in Sentosa, but because Hayes was so severe, I was in a hurry to find a new place.

There are other hotels in the City Hall, so I was looking for a good location near the City Hall.

예약한 룸타입 (Reserved Room Type)

 

one of a kind, studio.

제일 싼 가격의 방이었고 1박에 2인 이용가능한 룸이었다.

대략 세금 포함하여 149 싱가폴 달러 정도의 가격이었다.

호텔스 닷컴을 통해서 예약했고 10%할인 쿠폰을 이용해서 이렇게 적용이 되었다.

 

예약할 수 있는 사이트로는 호텔스닷컴, 아고다가 있었고 공식 홈페이지에서 예약이 가능하다.

공식홈페이지에서는 다른 형태의 룸들의 예약 가능 여부, 스타일 등을 사진으로 볼 수 있다.

 

It was the cheapest room available and for 2 people per night.

It was about 149 Singapore dollars including tax.

I made a reservation through Hotels.com and applied it using a 10% discount coupon.

Reservation sites are available on Hotels.com and Agoda.

찾아가는 길

푸난 몰

 

시티홀에서 멀지 않은 곳에 위치하고 있는 푸난몰.

푸난을 찾는 건 어렵지 않았는데 리프 푸난을 찾는 건 어려웠다.

마침 새벽에 도착해서 몰이 오픈하기 전이라 더 어려운 것도 있었다.

 

Funan Mall is located not far from City Hall.

Finding Funan was not difficult, but finding lfy Funan hotel was difficult.

It was even harder to arrive at dawn before the mall opened.

 

 

홈페이지에서 봤던 이미지는 이것이었는데, 이 건물 전체가 호텔이라고 생각했었다.

그런데 도착해서 가보니 이건 funan mall이었다.

The image I saw on the homepage was this, I thought the whole building was a hotel. But when I arrived, it was a funan mall.

한참을 헤매다가 lyf 라고 써져있는 글씨를 보고 4층으로 올라갔다.

그랬더니 lyf funan을 찾을 수 있었다.

After wandering for a while, I went up to the 4th floor after seeing the words written lyf. Then I was able to find lyf funan.

참고로 푸난 몰에는 다양한 스포츠 공간과 식당들이 다양하게 있어서 이용하기 편리했다.

For your reference, Funan Mall has a variety of sports spaces and restaurants.

로비

4층 한쪽 끝으로 오면 리프의 로비 같은 곳이 있다.

리프는 호텔이라기보다 레지던스 혹은 좀 커다란 게스트하우스 느낌이었다.

 

If you come to one end on the fourth floor, you will find a lyf lobby. The lyf was more like a residence or a bigger guesthouse than a hotel.

 

룸은 개별이지만 냉장고, 물은 공동으로 준비되어 있고 세탁기와 다리미도 입구 옆에 준비되어있다.

The rooms are individual, but the fridge and water are communally prepared, and a washing machine and iron is next to the entrance.

 

 

여긴 공용 공간인데 저녁에는 파티같은 모임도 했다.

바깥으로 나가면 작은 테라스가 있고 미카 빌딩이 보인다.

회의룸도 있고 디톡스는 화장실이고, 디자인이 예쁘다.

 

참고로 체크인에 앱이 필요하다고 해서 회원가입을 해두었는데 사용하지 않고 바로 키를 받았다.

 

This is a public space, but in the evening there was a party. Outside, there is a small terrace and the Mica building is visible. There is also a meeting room and Detox toilet, the design is pretty. For your reference, I sent a mail to needed an app for check-in, so I signed up and received a key without using it.

스튜디오룸

 

 

2명이 사용가능한 스튜디오룸을 배정받았다.

4층부터 6층까지는 공용공간과 룸이 배치되어있다.

 

The studio room is available for two people. Public spaces and rooms are located on the 4th to 6th floors.

 

베드는 깔끔했고 푹신했다.

새로 생겨서 그런지 전체적으로 깔끔했는데 새집 냄새 같은 것은 느껴지지 않았다.

The bed was tidy and fluffy. It's new, so it's totally clean, but I can't feel the smell of a new home.

 

침대 앞쪽으로는 이렇게 작은 테이블이 있고 주전자와 물병이 놓여있다.

생수를 제공하지 않는대신 물병이 있고 복도 끝에 정수기를 이용할 수 있다.

티비는 룸안에 따로 없었다. 이건 룸타입마다 다를것 같다.

 

In front of the bed is a small table with a jug and a water bottle. Instead of providing bottled water, there is a water bottle and a water purifier is available at the end of the hallway. There was no television in the room. This seems to be different for each room type.

 

 

세면을 할 수 있는 곳은 룸안에 붙어있고 옆에 작은 옷걸이가 있는데 이 밑에 드라이기가 들어있다.

 

The washbasin is attached to the room and there is a small hanger next to it.

 

화장실은 들어오는 입구 옆에 있다.

샤워실이 있고 어메니티도 준비되어있다.

어메니티도 유명한 건 아니었지만 순하고 부드러웠다.

 

The toilet is next to the entrance. There is a shower room and amenities are also available. Amenity wasn't famous, but it was mild and gentle.

5층 공동주방 5th floor shared kitchen

 

4층에는 넓은 로비 같은 공간이 있고 5층으로 올라오면 이용할 수 있는 공동주방이 있다.

주방안에는 조리도구들이 다 있고 냉장고도 있다.

장기투숙할 때 이용하면 좋을 것 같다.

There is a large lobby-like space on the 4th floor and a communal kitchen available on the 5th floor. There are all cooking utensils in the kitchen and a fridge. It is good to use for long stay.

외국에 오면 호텔에만 있어서 간단한 조리를 해먹어보고 싶어도 못할때 아쉬웠는데 여기는 가능할듯하다.

바깥에도 먹을 수 있는 테이블이 마련되어 있고 바 테이블도 있어서 쉬기 좋았다.

룸이 좁아서  불편하다 싶으면 먹을 건 여기서 먹고 올라가도 괜찮았다.

When I came to a foreign country, it was a pity when I couldn't want to try a simple dish only in a hotel. There is a table for eating outside and a bar table.

If the room was too small to eat, it was okay to eat and go up here.

6층 work zone

운동을 할 수 있는 공간도 마련되어 있다.

커틀벨도 있고 여러가지 기구들이 좀 있어서 운동하는 사람들도 있었다.

타올도 마련되어 있어서 운동을 매일 하는 분들이라면 이것도 챙길 수 있을 듯하다.

 

There is also a space for exercise. There were cutbell bells, and there were some people who exercised because there were some equipment. Towels are also available, so if you exercise every day, you might be able to pack them.

 

이외에도...

어린이들을 환영하는 숙소라고 소개하고 있다.

그래서인지 작은 볼풀도 있고 입구에 작은 토끼는 아이들이 좋아하는 게 보였다.

그리고 4층에는 회의실도 있고 빈백에 누워있을 수 있는 공간도 있다.

얼리체크인은 불가했지만 이런 공간에서 쉬면서 기다릴수도 있을듯 하다.

짐 보관도 가능하고 짐보관 요청시 자물쇠를 걸어두고 가지고 갈수 있도록 해준다.

 

Besides... This is a welcome hostel for children. So there was a small ball pool, and the little rabbit at the entrance seemed to be liked by the children. There is also a meeting room on the fourth floor and a space where you can lie on an empty bag. Early check-in was not possible, but it is possible to relax and wait in this space. Luggage can be stored and locks can be taken with you upon request.

위치에 비해 가격이 비싼건 아니지만 개인적으로 조금 업그레이드 된 캡슐호텔이나 게스트하우스 느낌이다.

It's not expensive for the location, but it feels like a personally upgraded capsule hotel or guesthouse.
